Responsibility
As a Sales Setter/Closer, you will:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media campaigns to generate leads.
- Qualify leads through targeted questions (needs analysis, budget, decision-making authority).
- Schedule demo calls/presentations with sales team members.
- Conduct contract negotiations and finalize deal agreements.
- Handle objections during the sales process.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Meet monthly KPIs for booked appointments and closed deals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the pipeline.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (German and English, both written and spoken).
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze data (conversion rates, lead quality).
- High resilience in dealing with setbacks.
- Technical affinity (Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Native-level German skills are an absolute requirement.
- A valid work permit in Germany is necessary.
