How it works
Ulu-Cloud Intelligence with Postfix and Rspamd
The core components used are Postfix as an SMTP daemon Rspamd, for content inspection and the so-called Milter (mail filter) process.
By directly integrating a compatible interface to ulu-Cloud Intelligence, we are able to apply our AI-based analysis to email communications.
As an extremely stable and proven product, Postfix is also used in many email security solutions from other manufacturers. Unlike there, we use less of the existing functions of Postfix but rather rely on the basis of a pure SMTP server and spooler.
We apply the same principle to Rspamd. Here, too, we only use the tried and tested functions as mail filters so that an evaluation and decision can be made by our ulu cloud intelligence.
