How we work
Zero trust is an outcome, not a product name.
A firewall alone separates nothing. We build separation across three layers: network, identity and application, and check at each one whether it actually holds.
Typical starting points
- „We bought zero trust, but the network still connects everything to everything.“
- „Our production floor and our office run on the same network.“
- „An application trusts any request that comes from inside the network.“
What we do
We check separation across three layers, not just one. Network segmentation defines which systems can talk to each other at all. Identity-based control defines who may use that connection, regardless of where they are. Application-side checking ensures an application distrusts every request instead of trusting the network it comes from. A product labeled zero trust doesn't replace any of these three layers; we work out which of them actually separates in your environment and which only carries the name.
How we start
- Week 1
Assessment
Who can talk to whom today, at the network, identity and application layer, and what's only assumed.
- Weeks 2 to 4
Design
Zones, permission model and checkpoints per layer, matched to your critical systems.
- afterward
Implementation
Step by step, starting with the separation that carries the most risk.
For your IT
Network segmentation, microsegmentation, IT/OT separation, identity-based access control, application-side authorization, per-segment monitoring.
Including Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet.
No. That's network segmentation, one of three layers. Without identity-based and application-side checks, trust remains where it doesn't belong.
No. We work out where separation is weakest today and start there.
