Package for tax and law practices
AI in the practice, without risking client confidentiality.
An AI that knows all your case files, on a machine in your own offices. Sized for a practice with one or two principals.
What it gets you
The answer is already in your files.
A comparable case has in all likelihood been handled in your practice before. The question is only by whom and when. The AI searches your entire archive and names the places it found, instead of someone having to remember. It answers from your own work, not from what a model learned about tax law in general.
The question of disclosure does not arise.
The model runs on a machine in your own offices. There is no provider processing client data, no contract about it, and no transfer you would have to justify. On request the machine has no network connection at all.
Fixed figures, before it starts.
No price per request, no price per user, no invoice that grows with use. Who in the practice asks how often changes nothing about the figures, and nobody has to weigh up whether a question is worth the query.
What is included
Nova OneSite: the machine on your premises.
A device in your own offices, built and commissioned by us, with a local model on it. It sits with you, not in a data center.
Nova Change: your case files in the system.
We connect your filing system and import the existing cases, so the AI can answer from them. Then we set the search up so that every answer carries its sources: file, document, passage.
The first year of operation.
Maintenance, model upkeep and updates for twelve months. After that you decide whether we keep running it or your own team takes over. Either way the machine stays with you.
What you bring
Your case files have to exist as text: a PDF with text recognition, or a Word document. A plain image scan holds no text for a model, only a picture of text.
We do not digitize. If your archive exists on paper only, or as a scan without text recognition, that is a project of its own and it has to run first, in your own office or with a provider you engage for it. How to tell which state your archive is in is something we go through in the first conversation.
There is no upper limit on the number of cases. The import is a flat fee because the work does not grow with the number of files, it grows with the number of formats.
Who the price is for
The package is costed for a small to mid-sized practice with one or two principals and the case archive that accumulates at that size. Tax advice or law makes no difference here: both are bound to professional confidentiality, both work on case files, and neither may hand client data out of the building without further ado.
Size shows up in two items. The hardware is sized for the number of people asking at the same time, so a larger practice needs a larger machine. And the archive decides how long the import runs; the flat fee covers it at this order of magnitude. We look at both in the first conversation and say beforehand if it goes further than that.

Larger models need larger hardware, and the price rises with it. The import is a flat fee as long as your case files exist as text.
All prices are net and exclude VAT. Our offers are addressed to businesses only.
Contains Nova OneSite and Nova Change. Not included: running the rest of your IT (Nova Run) and security monitoring (Nova Defense). What else applies to law firms is on Law and tax.
