Shippers and clients now ask about the state of your IT security before the tender, not after. The assessment leaves you with a written report you can hand over, and operations leave you with a monthly one. Both are documented rather than asserted.
An alert is followed by an action.
In an operation that runs at night and on weekends, a ticket at 11pm is not a response. A session is cut, a system isolated, anything suspicious sent to the sandbox. All of it runs automatically and is logged and readable afterward, even when nobody is at the screen.
Your people are allowed to use AI.
Dispatch, quotes, correspondence: AI saves time here, and it is being used anyway. With the gateway in front, detection runs on your side, consignment and customer data go out masked or not at all, and every request is in the log.

Defense at the network, system and application layer, automated through to the response. With the report you hand to your clients and to the regulator.
Nova Gate: control over AI.
Your applications use any model, detection runs on your side, and what goes out is masked. Who asked what, and when, is in the log.
Why in this order
The assessment comes first because without taking stock every measure is a guess. Afterward you know what is actually missing (with the effort per item), and you can decide how far to go, instead of buying a package somebody else assembled beforehand.
If you commission operations within six months of the report being handed over, we credit half of the fee against that engagement.

The monthly figure depends on the number of sites and how many applications run through the gateway. The assessment is fixed beforehand.
