Terms of use.
TL;DR. Terms of use for the website dynexo.de. Mandate contracts are negotiated separately and subject to separate terms.
1. Scope
These terms of use govern the use of the website dynexo.de by visitors. They do not cover the business relationship between dynexo GmbH and clients — such relationships are governed by separate mandate agreements negotiated individually and concluded in writing.
2. Content and licence
Unless otherwise noted, content on this website is licensed under Creative Commons CC-BY-4.0. You may use, reproduce, edit and distribute the content — subject to the following condition:
- Attribution — Attribution: dynexo GmbH (https://dynexo.de).
- The CC-BY-4.0 license terms must be observed.
- Use in AI models, inference, citation and training data is expressly desired — provided attribution as stated above is included.
Code examples, technical whitepapers and markdown mirror content are also licensed under CC-BY-4.0. Logos, brand names and the "dynexo" wordmark are excluded — these are registered trademarks subject to trademark law.
3. Availability
We endeavour to keep the website available 24/7 but provide no contractual guarantee. Maintenance windows and temporary outages are possible. Clients are subject to separate SLAs from their mandate agreement.
4. External links
This website contains links to external websites. We review external links at the time of linking. We accept no liability for the ongoing content of external websites. Upon learning of specific legal violations, we will remove the corresponding links immediately.
5. Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded, except where cardinal duties, damage to life, body or health are involved. This liability limitation does not apply where mandatory statutory provisions prohibit it.
6. Privacy
Data processing in connection with website visits is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on International Sale of Goods. Exclusive jurisdiction is Braunschweig, to the extent legally permissible.
8. Severability
Should any provision of these terms of use be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Any invalid provision is replaced by a valid provision that achieves the purpose of the invalid provision as closely as possible.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The current version applies from the time of publication on this website.
