What it gets you
No billing per transaction.
Automation that uses a model is billed per transaction at a cloud provider. That ties the invoice to volume, which is precisely the thing you set out to increase. On your own machine the ten-thousandth transaction costs what the first one did: nothing.
Your data stays in the building, the incidental data too.
What an automation hands to a model is rarely harmless: logs, documents, customer names, prices. With the model in the building none of it leaves, and the question of which provider gets to see what does not arise.
Automation that does not quietly stop.
An automated workflow is not a project that gets signed off and then runs by itself. It breaks when an interface changes or a system is updated. Because we run the operation we see that and put it back in motion, instead of it surfacing in the middle of the working day.
What is included
Nova OneSite with a GPU.
A machine with a graphics card in your own offices, built and commissioned, with a local model on it. The GPU is what separates it from the entry variant: it carries continuous operation, with transactions passing through all day, rather than single requests.
Nova Change: the first workflows.
We take up the routines that cost the most time today, automate them and connect the systems they need: inventory management, CRM, Microsoft 365.
Nova Run: the operation.
We run your IT around the clock: servers, workstations, identities, network. Where that operation needs a model (sorting an alert, condensing a log, writing a report), it computes on your machine and not at a provider.
Business agents for your routines.
Agents with one defined job and access to the systems they need for it. An employee asks the agent, the agent asks the inventory system and logs what it did.
What the machine works on
Nobody here is handed an open chat with a model. The machine carries three loads, and in all three an agent stands between the person and the model: an agent has one defined job, knows which systems it may use for it, and keeps to the rules we set for it.
The operation. Nova Run needs a model in many places: to sort an alert rather than put it on a list; to turn a hundred lines of log into one sentence a person reads; to decide a routine case by rule. That runs continuously, day and night, without anyone starting it.
The documents. What comes in is read, assigned and passed on to the system that needs it. Which documents those are in your business is settled during intake.
The business agents. Here people do talk to the system, but to an agent, not to the model. It is built for one task, fetches its answer from your inventory system or your CRM, and logs what it did. What it is allowed to do is settled beforehand.
Who the price is for
The package is costed for a business with up to 50 employees. The number stands for the size of the operation: how many workstations, servers and sites we run, how many documents pass through in a day, and how many agents work on top of that. That is what loads the machine, and why it carries a GPU rather than the entry processor.
The hardware is passed through at cost and is exempt from the package discount. We earn nothing on it, and a reduction there would not be a concession but a loss. Everything else in the package costs twelve per cent less than on its own.
