How we work

Who may do what, and who still decides that?

Identity is the foundation of every access decision. We build it so that rights follow the person, and are gone again when they leave.

Typical starting points

  • „Former employees still have access weeks after their last day.“
  • „Nobody remembers who created a given admin account, or why.“
  • „We have a password, but no second factor.“

What we do

We separate two questions that often get blurred: identity management (IDM) defines who exists in your organization and which attributes belong to them. Access management (IAM) defines what that identity may do, and with which permission. We map the lifecycle from joining through role changes to leaving, so that rights follow automatically and get revoked automatically on exit. Privileged accounts get their own control, separate from normal access, and multi-factor authentication becomes a requirement, not an option.

How we start

  1. Week 1

    Assessment

Which accounts, groups and privileged access exist today, and which of them nobody can explain anymore.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Design

Joiner-mover-leaver process, roles, privileged access, mandatory MFA.

  3. afterward

    Implementation

Step by step, starting with the accounts that carry the most risk.

For your IT

Identity management (IDM), access management (IAM), joiner-mover-leaver automation, privileged access management (PAM), multi-factor authentication, single sign-on.

Including CyberArk, Teleport, BeyondTrust.

IDM manages who has an identity and which data belongs to it. IAM decides what that identity may do, and with which permission. The two belong together but are technically separate.

For everyday login, yes. Privileged accounts need an additional, separate control on top of that.
